Each Player needs One Home & One Away Jersey, additional jerseys can be ordered for travel teams that play 2-3 day tournaments, but that isn't required. 

​

Local in club league games one team will wear the home jersey and the other will wear away. This will allow for players filling on another roster if needed to match every team.

Please fill the order form out with the Last name for your player. Long last names and double last names can be changed, if preferred doesn't have to be legal name. 

​

Please include your player top three uniform number choices, numbers will be assigned before the bulk order is placed.
