4. Weight Plate Lunge with a Twist 10 each Leg

5. Lateral Lunge with a Press 10 each Leg

6. Dumbbell Snatch 10 each arm

7. Dumbbell Pull Over 10 Reps

8. Squat to Press with Weight Plate 10 Reps

9. 10 and 2 Drops 10 Reps
